On that bright Monday morning of 7th July 2008, artisan graduates started storming the UWESO Eastern Regional office. They were all dressed for the occasion, some came unaccompanied others were in groups of two and more, a few arrived with their master artisans, guardians, those from the Soroti Tailoring School came with their school principle chanting congratulatory songs.
